Terms of Trade
- CONFIDENTIALITY: Your information will be kept strictly confidential by us at all times and we shall not, without your consent, use any personal information you provide us for purposes unrelated to the provision of our services.
- COPYRIGHT: We shall retain intellectual property/copyright in all specifications and documents prepared by us. You will be entitled to use the documents we prepare for the purpose of your own job seeking only.
- PAYMENT: All time the consultant spends working on your CV including consultation processes will incur an hourly rate charge of $50 + gst. Invoices outlining TypeWrite’s bank account details will be provided to you via email along with your initial draft documents. TypeWrite’s standard payment terms are for payment to be received at this initial draft stage. You will have no right to use any of these documents where any or all of our fees remain unpaid to us.
- CANCELLATION: 24 hours notice is required for the cancellation or the reschedule of an appointment. A cancellation fee of $25 + gst will be incurred to the client if no or less than 24 hours notice is given to TypeWrite for the reschedule or cancellation of initial consultation and/or follow up proof appointments.
- SERVICE TURNAROUND: Should we be unable to prepare your CV within the specified timescales due to circumstances under your control, we will notify you immediately. Charges will still apply for work already completed.
- UNPAID ACCOUNTS: If the account is not paid within 30 days after the due date, our debt recovery agency will charge additional collection costs. Where the total agency, legal and other costs arising from recovery of any amount owing exceeds the debt recovery fee charged, our agent is also entitled to recover such additional costs from you. This clause is intended to be for the benefit of and be enforceable by our debt recovery agency under the contracts (Privacy) Act 1982.
